Broccoli Cheese balls

A cheesy dishes that will be liked by both the big and the little ones, hopefully it will not be fought to eat too much....


Preparation time :- 10 minutes
Cook time :- 15 minutes
Total time :- 25 minutes for 15 balls

Recipe Material
  • 1 table spoon oil

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions

  • 1 t-spoon finely chopped garlic

  • 2 t-spoon finely chopped green chillies

  • 1 cup finely chopped broccoli

  • 2 tablespoon cornflower

  • 3/4 cups boiled, crushed and mashed potatoes

  • salt to taste

  • 15 pieces of Mozieraela cut into pieces [25 mm (1 ')]

  • Bread Crambs, to Roll

  • Oil, for frying

Method To Cook
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, garlic and green chills and cook for 2 minutes.

  2. Add broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes or until the broccoli is cooked.

  3. Stir well, add cornflower, potatoes and salt and mix well.

  4. Divide the mixture into 15 equal parts and make a flat ball of each part.

  5. Make a pitch by pressing it slightly in between. Make a ball again by placing a piece of mozzarella cheese in between.

  6. Wrap each one ball in bread crumbles and coat it on all sides.

  7. Heat the oil in the pan and knead the ball until it becomes golden on all sides. Take out the oil-absorbing paper and serve hot.
