Vegetable Mo:Mo

By the way, but Mo:Mo is a Nepalese dish but due to its taste, it has become famous in worldwide too. This is a popular street food that can be made in many ways. Just, you need to be a master in its technique.


Preparation time :- 10 minutes
Cooking time :- 40 minutes
Total time :- 50 Minutes

Recipe Materials
  • 2 cups of flour

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp spoon baking powder
For filling
  • 1 cup carrot, grated

  • 1 cup cabbage, grate

  • 1 table spoon oil

  • 1/2 cups onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped into pieces

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • Salt

  • ¼ tsp vinegar

  • ¼ tsp black pepper
Methods To Cook 
  1. Tie bread, salt and baking powder with water hard. Heat oil and fry it with onion and garlic. 

  2. After frying it on the flame, add garlic and cabbage. Fry on a high flame till gloss.

  3. Remove from the glass and add soy sauce, salt, vinegar and black pepper in it. 

  4. Take thin slices and cut into four-five rounds. Moisten its edges by taking a round and fill a few filling in the middle.

  5. Make the edges together and make a bowl shape. 

  6. Fill the remaining rounds in the same way. 

  7. After giving ten minutes steam Serve with soy sauce and chili sauce.
